Microgaming, the isle of Man-based software firm, has announced the launch of its 'fast fold' poker solution Blaze Poker with Stan James among the first of its clients looking to go live with the software.
The launch follows on from PokerStars hugely succesful Zoom Poker launch, and will offer a similar gaming experience with players able to fold their hand and move immediately to a new hand at a new table.
Blaze Poker is described by Microgaming as 'best of breed' and will offer a 'seamless' game to game transition allowing players to play up to 300 hands per hour.
'Although a few fast poker products have popped up on the market in recent months, from an operator perspective, Blaze Poker sets itself apart with its seamless integration,' Lydia Melton, Head of Network Games at Microgaming, said.
'Blaze Poker will run directly in the MPN client software, creating a user experience that is second to none,' she added.
Rival firm Relax Gaming is already live on several sites with its Fast Poker solution, which runs as a stand-alone product on sites including Unibet who operates a poker site on the Microgaming Poker Network.
